Lost packages, packages with the contents missing and supposed delivery attempts with no note left but yet, tracking number shows delivery attempt was made. These are just a few issues I've encountered. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or The Pony Express. It may cost more but you'll receive your package!!!!!
The staff is extremely rude, especially a Hispanic middle eastern looking man. Revision, i asked about him, he's polish i think. He needs to go to charm school, or someone should teach him some manners. I go to the south chicago post office now just to avoid him, he wouldn't even let me use a piece of tape, had to buy an entire roll for less than an inch of tape. this man acts as if he truly hates his job, he's been rude to me and others on many occasions. Heard him raise his voice at people, please get ride of him! Everyone else is nice, especially Cindy.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, I always receive excellent customer service. Thank our for all your hard work.
