I will never go back to Poppen's. I went there for an oil change because I had a gift certificate I had won in a raffle & decided to give it a try. First off I thought the price was crazy but again it was free. Upon leaving Poppen's I right away could feel a difference while driving my car & there was a strong oil odor. When I called, the lady said maybe it was there before. After driving the car & seeing oil leaking I looked under the hood to find the cap had never been put back on & I now have oil all over my engine & drive way. So they can keep their $5 credit & I will make sure to never recommend Poppen's.
